actually they are not shrinks. There’s only one shrink there when they see if the client needs psychiatric help. They are counsellors.

have you tried them? I consulted them regarding our marital problems due to our grief. They were not helpful. Apparently they couldn’t relate to our grief of losing a child. Or they weren’t trained. I stopped seeing them and scouted around for a better therapist.

Another close friend I know didn’t like them because of the spiritual lecture. Apprently the Cefam is good if you are already a devout Christian so there is less resistance.

Hi, Noemi. Thnaks for the comment. yup, you’re right, shrinks are psychiatrist. Counselors at CeFam are either psychiatrist or socilogist. Good for me that my counselor is a psychiatrist, not that I am a mental patient. ahehe… problems before made me think that I’m about to loose my mind. Anyway, I did ask for her calling card that’s why I knew.
CeFam really depends on the person, I didn’t experienced spiritual lecture. It did work on my case.
