Thnaks for the comment. yup, you're right, shrinks are psychiatrist. Counselors at CeFam are either psychiatrist or socilogist. Good for me that my counselor is a psychiatrist, not that I am a mental patient. ahehe... problems before made me think that I'm about to loose my mind.
