Entrecard: You Drop, I Follow

I haven’t posted any entrecard entries in my blog except when I joined entrecard contest twice and my Pinoy Entrecard users list. Do I have to tell you that Entrecard is my favorite social network? Who doesn’t want to have fun while socializing with other bloggers? I could say that Entrecard is a success, members’ statistics still continue to grow.

From the time I’m using Entrecard, no doubt that it did wonders on my traffic and to other bloggers patronizing entrecard. I am still using the policy of “You Drop, I Follow”. Its as simple as it is, you visit my site, drop your card and I will the return the favor of doing the same thing. Basically, I’m online at daytime Philippine time, GMT +8… sometimes I can’t return the favor to droppers at night specially if I haven’t seen their cards in my inbox. The only way I can do that is let me know that you’ve been here.

It really works for me, I’ve seen regular droppers at my site and I continue returning the favor. Droppers on my site would never feel that they’ve been snob. What’s the use of entrecard if you have the rank of “just here for the view”? I’m not 24/7 online, I still have many things I have to attend to but rest assured that I will visit them as long as I know that they’ve been here. If you wish to leave your message to entrecard, I’ll be delighted seeing your message.

The “You drop, I follow” doesn’t work overnight but in the long run, everything would be fine with your regular droppers. Sometimes, if I dont have any running ads to other site, I sometimes received a take you note for giving their site a reasonable drops. Actually, I’m surprised and flattered when some people do this.

I don’t discriminate my droppers as long as you dropped your card on my site, feel free to browse if you wish. I don’t discriminate blog not related to my site, I’ll accept it as soon I can. Although, I haven’t encountered adult advert yet on my blog, that’s the only exemption. Sorry for that.

Keep on dropping!

Shopping Cart

The new shopping generation we have now, with almost everyone using the internet to shop. Consumers are more wise, searching for the things they want and need to online store is not the only thing they consider. Of course, to online shopping they have the wide comparison from one product to another, price comparison, the delivery and payment options. Consumers wouldn’t want to shop online for a product that lacks the necessary informations, descriptions and images. But traditional shoppers, the ones that accustomed to “real” shopping will still want to check the merchandise as much as they do as if they’re seeing them in real life. Also, they want somebody to inquire or tell their problem with the product they purchased… a customer service.

It is possible that merchants or online entrepreneurs cannot provide the above requirements of online shoppers without the complete shopping cart software they use for their online store. Demands of online consumers nowadays are increasing because they still compare the shopping they do for real and shopping on the internet. It won’t happen if you’re using eCommerce software providing all the needs of an entrepreneur as well as the needs of online shoppers. As entrepreneurs, we should also put ourselves on their shoes. A second rate shopping cart would give you problems, problems from unhappy consumers. Don’t let your business left behind by other online store who are already using the award winning shopping cart software if you want real income from your online store.

Entrecard New Features: Inbox, News Feed, Drop Rank

I was already login at my Entrecard dashboard, opened another window to check on my email then returned to Entrecard window. Of course, I have to reload it to see the latest droppers. Wow! Entrecard has new features!

New Inbox:

At first, I got confused when my droppers suddenly on the top of my inbox lined horizontally. I’ve learned that the latest dropper is on the right side.

News Feed:
These are my favorites’ latest entrecard activity.

Drop Rank:
I didn’t know that I am that consistent to entrecard dropping until I saw my rank.:-)
