The opening of the 3rd World Pyro Olympics is supposed to be tonight. My kids are asking me if we will be going to SM Mall of Asia last night, having experienced the last time we went there without 3rd World Pyro Olympics made us tired already of the event. I thought, I haven’t noticed any advertisements and announcements unlike the previous World Pyro Olympics events. Just to make sure, I’ve called up La Mancha Productions this morning.

I was born and grew up in Manila and seldom made vacations during my younger years. A business managed by my father added to the reasons why, it was impossible for him to leave for a couple of days for a family vacation. Just heard of the news that La Nina is nearly over to the Philippines when the temperature is 34°C. Usually La Nina occur every 3-5 years to tropical countries like Philippines. La Nina caused floods and landslides to Philippine provinces. If I remember it right, there was also La Nina when typhoon Reming triggered mudslides from Mayon Volcano and damaged many towns of Albay including Cagsawa Ruins Park in December 2006.
