The ZTE-NBN controversy is not yet finish and yet he still receives appointment from President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Is it a reward or privilege for his loyalty to PGMA?
On the contrary, I watched in the news that SSS President Corazon dela Paz came back from a conference in Malaysia where she heard that Romulo Neri will be taking her position as the Social Security System President. She resigned effective end of this month for her worsening spine condition, she has scoliosis.
I’m sure CHED Secretary Romulo Neri is capable of running SSS. But the ZTE-NBN controversy is still on-going and I agree with Senator Madrigal that he should not be appointed to any position in the government because of credibility.
