Pinoy Big Brother Teen Plus, "plus" in the title because of the many twists prepared by Big Brother like when the parents and guardians joined the teen housemates inside the house. A big plus indeed because we saw the characters behind every housemates' personalities. Tatay Erning won the Guardian Big Winner.
The Big Four are Ejay (Hottie Promdi of Mindoro), Nicole (In-chick Of Cebu), Beauty (The Rebellious Beauty Of Dumaguete) and Robi (True Blue Atenista). The second season of teen edition of Pinoy Big Brother Big Night was held at Araneta Coliseum. I don't like the idea of animated characters cheering for each four housemates, I expected for impersonators, they're a lot better.

I've just posted two days ago an update article of the Seven New Wonders of Nature, I'm glad the local government of Palawan is promoting the underground river. Imagine, as I've wrote my first article regarding Tubbataha Reef, the Subterranean River was listed in 200th+ place, the underground river is now in top 77 (10th place) in 1 1/2 month of promotion of Mayor Edward Hagedorn.
He invited Pinoy Big Brother staff for them to see the beauty of 8.2km river under a mountain and the second longest in the world and drains into the South China Sea. Upon watching the island adventure and underground river boat ride of PBB, I remembered the time when we went in Huyup-Huyupan Cave in Bicol, there were lots of bats and stalagmites too. Congratulations, Tatay Erning. Many televiewers love the character in him. He maybe poor education but a true pinoy who loves Ejay unconditionally. Tatay Erning captured the heart of pinoy because he represents the "masa" and also for his simplicity. No wonder why he received 65.16% of the votes. He received a check for P500,000 and a business franchise from Whammy Waffle.
At first, I like Mommy Minda for her character rich in experiences and the way she brought up Alex. Their sweetness and closeness as mother and son is not that common nowadays when most parents are busy working. She got 16.22% of votes. She received a check for P250,000 and a business franchise from Whammy Waffle.
Mommy Sandy at third place, with 13.98% of votes. Mommy Sandy received a check for P150,000 and a business franchise from Potato Cuddler.

Having the word "plus" in the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition is nonsense if there will be no twists from beginning to end of the season. Big Brother never run out of ideas. Correct me if I'm wrong, this is the only PBB season having two house players at the same time and will work as Batman and Robin on their task. Who's Shy? And who's Andi?
When Shy joined the teens inside Big Brother house, she entered wearing a mask until last Saturday's 6th Eviction Night. She removed it in front of all housemates and on national TV. The reason why I thought she looked familiar is that she was the rumored GF of Gerald Anderson, ex-housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition. I remembered the picture they've shown at The Buzz during that season. Shy is really the girl on the picture.
Who's Andi? She entered the house last night as house player and not as a housemate just like Big Brother told the housemates. She will join Shy to their task to see the real characters of the remaining housemates. I saw the shock in every housemates when Andi (or should it be Andy) was introduced by Shy except for Robi. There's something in his eyes seeing Andi. No wonder she's a real beauty, she's the daughter of veteran actor Mark Gil (Eigenmann) and veteran actress Jacklyn Jose. When Big Brother was introduced in the Philippines, from season one of Pinoy Big Brother, Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition and Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition to present, I've noticed that there are always "love teams".
Staying in the Big Brother house, isolated from the outside world and together with the housemates 24/7 somehow make a special feeling developed among the housemates.
Could it be a strategy? Lets put it this way, if you are in their shoes and you are always nominated to be evicted or think that you are not that popular to your co-housemates, what would be the easy way so that people outside will vote for you so that you will not be evicted?
Most filipinos, whatever age bracket they belong make "kilig" (sorry, I cannot find the right english word for it) when they saw that their favorite housemate shows special attention to a certain housemate. Everything have limitations especially tonight's episode of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus.
A scene when Nicole's mom was talking with Big Brother and said that their family is conservative and requested to talked with Nicole. Another scene when Nicole and her mom are talking regarding Nicole's special attention with Josef when she already have boyfriend outside. Being a parent myself, I understand her feelings. Its like, "hey, you're on national TV". However, Nicole maybe is being true to herself. But the impression will be left with the pinoy televiewers. Nicole even confessed to Beauty that she isn't used to expressing herself to her parents. Now, I see the point why there should be guardians inside the house. Episode tomorrow is something I don't wanna miss when Nicole's mom will be joining them. I saw Nicole's facial expression, she's not happy with the idea.
My eldest son who happens to have crush with Nicole is now turned off with her attitude. The moment when the big plus in Pinoy Big Brother Teen edition was revealed, I don't intend to post the update anymore. I don't like the idea of having the parents or guardians inside the house. Does big brother is running out of gimmicks inside the house?
I just saw how a father truly loves his son. It touched my heart when Jolas' father ask for Big Brother's permission to sleep with his son. He told Kuya how he missed his son very much and reason why he became protective to his son. Every parent is protective but to Jolas' age? That was because Jolas' big brother died of leukemia and Jolas almost had leukemia when he was young.
I salute Big Brother for showing the video to Jolas. Parents are sometimes misinterpreted and misunderstood by their children. On the other hand, parents sometimes hide emotions and hardly express themselves. I miss my dad so much.

I've mentioned from my previous post that the first "plus" is the addition of Luis Lucky Manzano to the PBB host family. The 2nd "plus" is the additonal housemates that studied to rival schools, Ateneo and La Salle.

Big Brother will be back tonight where the Big Brother house will be open again its door for Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 2 Plus. Why 'plus'? That's for us to find out tonight.
The only plus I know is that Luis Lucky Manzano will be joining the other regular PBB hosts such as Toni Gonzaga, Mariel Rodriguez and Bianca Gonzalez. Lucky Manzano was falsely rumored before that he was the additional housemate to the PBB Celebrity edition 2, so here he is... not as a housemate but a co-host. He could be another spice to the PBB family.

Finally, it was Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity edition season 2 big night. The Big Night with "cabaret" concept was very glamorous and just proper for the Celebrity Big Four, it was held at Araneta Coliseum started at exactly 8:30pm.
After the opening number, the hosts revealed the percentage of votes. It was a close match! Text voters continuosly voted the celebrity they want to win with housemate B always on the lead.
Ex celebrity housemates were glamorous and dashing with their production number. The housemates remained at the Big Brother house because "Kuya" gave the housemates the 100 seconds each to mingle with their love ones. Riza Santos was shocked seeing his father and knowing that her family came over in the Philippines, Will Devaughn talked with her mom over the phone in US, Gaby dela Merced talked with her kuya (big brother) and Ruben Gonzaga kissed his uncle when he saw him coming in the house. The housemates were really excited.
While waiting for the "takdang panahon" (right time), there were impersonators who impersonate the Big Four. They are really cool and funny, audience were really laughing with their stand-up act! Giselle Sanchez' spoof of Riza Santos was really funny, same as Tuesday Vargas' spoof of Gaby dela Merced. :-P

Who will be the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 big winner?
Will it be Ruben Gonzaga? He's my first choice because he deserves the grand price more than anyone else in the big four. He's the only housemate that became true to himself and to his co-housemates from start 'til the end of the season.
Will it be Will Devaughn? I don't like him. Its enough that he's included to the Big Four. I don't like his character, not a real pinoy in every sense of the word.
Will it be Riza Santos? She's the only person that I think didn't show her real self inside the house. She's always playing safe in every situation and conscious on whatever the people outside might think about her.
Will it be Gaby dela Merced? She's my second choice. :-) The every inch model of the new generation of Pinay. Woman power!
If it weren't for Jon Avila's forced eviction, Riza Santos wouldn't be in the Big Four. Riza should thank Jon for that. When Toni Gonzaga asked the housemates who they think should not be included to the Big Four, Riza earned 3 votes, Jon got 1 vote and Gaby with 1 vote. Its clear that Riza shouldn't stay. Should Jon Avila be evicted from the house tonight for breaking the rules? Gaby dela Merced and Riza Santos are nominated for eviction tonight by head of the household, Jon Avila. Would Gabby will finally step out of the house after reentering the Big Brother house or would it be Riza?
Ruben Gonzaga and Will Devaughn are finally included to the big four. After Jon Avila initiated the nomitation tie-up by saying the lines “Is everyone thinking what I’m thinking? Five medallions are here. And we’re five here”... Jon's positon is at stake.

I'm not against reality TV, I still do watch Pinoy Big Brother. Baron "Wild Child"Geisler is a certified bad boy when he gets drunk. I'm sure, Big Brother knows that. Its not normal to Big Brother House to have such party with alcoholic drinks. I guess, it was for a reason and their target was Baron. Baron always lost his state of mind when he gets drunk, he kissed and hugged every woman in the house. He's so rude loosing his respect to the women housemates. There was a story why he got involved to drinking. He went inside the house hoping that Pinoy Big Brother will reform him. Well, seeing himself on video what was he like when he was drunk will finally wake him up. Tough love? Maybe...

Here's the status of the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity 2. There are 8 Celebrity housemates remaining inside the PBB house. Many twists happened and since Gaby dela Merced went out, I lose the excitement of watching it regularly. I still watch PBB though.
I'm happy for Gaby that she choosed her dream rather stay inside the PBB house. After all, she joined PBB for her F1 career needed funds.
Mcoy got irritated to Big Brother for plagiarism issue. It was a misunderstanding between them. Mcoy didn't manage to get hold of his emotions. For me, it is right to voice out his side to Big Brother but with respect. I saw disrespect and arrogance in Mcoy, he did the wrong move. He joined PBB hoping for another career after quitting his band "Orange And Lemons". Duh! What he did was seen on national TV.
Ethel Booba joined Mcoy went out of the house. She was paranoid on what was happening outside the house, actually with her allegedly boyfriend. She even attempted suicide last week to get out of the house. She saw the opportunity of going out when Mcoy decided to do so.
Shame on Mcoy and Ethel, they weren't aware that they are among the best bets for the Big Four. PBB is now on the look out for 2 more celebrities that will replaced Mcoy and Ethel inside the PBB house. There are humors that it might be Angel Locsin and Luis Manzano. If it is so, I like the wackieness of "Lucky". Joining PBB will make Angel's career bloom. After welcoming and guesting to different ABS-CBN shows, I hardly noticed her since I am a certified "kapamilya" or ABS fanatic. Who would be the 2 celebrities that will join PBB now?

Watching him singing the song while playing the guitar made me left my stuff and watch him for a moment, he's a real family man. I saw in his eyes how he misses his family. The "Ultimate Pasaway" Ethel Booba won in their game tonight called "Touch The Color" and earned the "Head Of The Household" position. Knowing Ethel, would she take advantage of her new position? Would he take care of the tension built up between Jen and Marylaine? She will truly enjoy her position now. I just hope she didn't make "pasaway" or she will end up punishing herself. :D
What is the Head of Household? Well, the HOH for the week get special privileges like use of the special shower room with his or her chosen housemate and immunity from the next nomination. The HOH also gets the power to automatically place another housemate up on the nomination block. The HOH gets changed and chosen weekly through Kuya’s special games and challenges. A two-in-one HM however must chose who will represent the ‘team’ in the challenges and nominated HMs cannot participate in the HOH activities.
I've enjoyed watching them played "Touch The Color" wearing giant hand costume. Gosh, its been a long time since I last saw kids playing this game.
Jennifer Da Silva was nominated not by her 1 point but with her two-in-one housemate Marylaine Viernes' vote of 14 points. Of course, its unfair with Jen not knowing that she is two-in-one housemate with Marylaine. What would be her reaction if she know this? Well, housemates except for Baron and Jen are informed regarding the two-in-one ruling before the nomination.
Its hard also on Marylaine's part, she got the most points by using Jen's stuff without permission and without telling anybody that she have to use Jen's stuff. Jen was already complaining to other housemates regarding this, its a negative impression on Jen doing this considering that they are both 26K ladies. The two-in-one twist made PBB Pinoy Big Brother more complicated.
Megan with 7 points made her cry so hard. Reasons for this that I remember are her being choosy on food, "maarte" and isn't initiative on household chores.
