I was on my way home and decided to stopped over SM Mall Of Asia to buy some things needed at home. I was in a hurry because it was getting dark already. I was in the north wing, instead of walking inside the mall to south wing, I’ve walked outside. When I was approaching the fountain, this sign caught my attention.

Year 2007 is the third year since Pondo Ng Pinoy was launched. 2 years ago, I constantly asked my son why he always asked for 25 centavos coin. He said, its for his “Pondo ng Pinoy”.
Some people did think that “Pondo Ng Pinoy” was just a simple school project. They didn’t know that Pondo Ng Pinoy aims to bring about the total development of people both the giver and the recipient of assistance to be rendered by the Church to address widespread poverty caused by material, economic, cultural, political and social starvation.
